After careful evaluation and consultation with insurance specialists, our staff, and building management, we have made the decision to no longer service e-bikes purchased through direct-to-consumer channels, online retailers, or big box/department stores.

While safety has always been a top priority at Big Hill Cycle, we've seen a growing number of challenges with these models, including inadequate assembly, poor component quality, and a lack of aftermarket support. These issues have sometimes made it impossible to complete repairs or safely test ride bikes, putting both our staff and customers at risk.

This decision does not affect our commitment to servicing e-bikes from brands and retailers that provide reliable technical support and parts availability. These bikes allow us to uphold our safety standards and offer the quality of service our customers expect.
